Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Ages 8-12 & Teens
We also offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for children (ages 8-12) and teens. Our jiu-jitsu classes are an extension of our Ninjas MMA program, but are also a great option for children who are not interested in kicking and punching. Jiu jitsu is a grappling art that teaches technique and strategy over muscle and strength. Our 45-minute Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes include coordination-building warm-up drills, effective self-defense techniques, and exciting “rolls” at the end of every class.
