Whether you’re looking to sweat it out in a quick 30-minute Express Spin or push yourself further with a Strength and Spin combo, we’ve got you covered!

Class Formats

Express Spin (30 Minutes): Perfect for busy schedules! These sessions include a quick warm-up followed by sprints, hill climbs, and interval training. We finish with a cooldown and stretch for a complete, balanced workout.

Strength and Spin (45 Minutes): Take it up a notch! This class combines all the cycling intensity you love with light dumbbell work for your upper body—chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and back. It’s the ultimate two-in-one training session.

  • Tuesday: 11:30 AM – Express Spin with Brenda and 5:30PM with Krista

  • Thursday: 11:30 AM – Express Spin with Krista

  • Thursday: 5:30 PM – Strength and Spin with Krista & Julie
