We are excited to announce a great training opportunity for jiu-jitsu practitioners in the River Valley area! On February 27th, 2025, Forca Martial Arts will be hosting a Jiu Jitsu seminar led by Chris “Bones” Burns, a 2nd Degree Black Belt under Master Rickson Gracie and Professor Jason Roebig. 

This will be our third time to host Chris for a seminar. Our Head Coach, Brian Wilson has trained with Chris extensively, taking private lessons in person and via zoom, as well as attended private lessons in Torrance, California with Chris and Master Rickson Gracie. Chris is the Owner and Head Instructor of Zero Point Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and brings decades of experience to the mats. Chris started his career as a talented comic book artist before falling in love with jiu-jitsu. Chris designed the iconic Thinker Monkey and Chess Gorilla artwork beloved by Jiu-Jitsu practitioners worldwide. Chris has dedicated his life to preserving and teaching Rickson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and preserving the original intent of the art. With extensive training under one of the greatest martial artists of all time, Master Rickson Gracie, Chris brings unmatched expertise, insight, and a passion for the art and self-defense.
