Facing a formidable challenger, Beau Digby, Steer secured a second-round TKO to retain his title and undefeated record. This was the first finish of Steer’s career. This win marked another milestone in Steer’s career. A fighter, coach, and integral part of the Força family, Steer first captured the RDC Amateur 135 Kickboxing Title in September 2023. He went on to defend his title successfully in April 2024 and, with his most recent victory, Steer became a 2X Defending Champion and 3X undisputed champion in the division. His performance against Digby further underscores his dominance and ability to deliver under pressure on the regional stage. Steer threw just shy of 100 total strikes in the first round alone to Digby's 48 out-landing Digby in significant strikes 3-1.

Steer’s victory at RDC 17 also improved his undefeated record to 7-0, a testament to his hard work, skill, and dedication to the sport. Beyond his success in Arkansas, Steer has proven his talent on the international stage as well. This past July, he traveled with head coaches Brian Wilson and Danny Dring to Las Vegas to compete at the prestigious IKF World Classic tournament, where he secured an international amateur title with two decisive victories.

Howie embodies the spirit of Força Martial Arts & Fitness. His work ethic, technical prowess, and dedication to the martial arts continues to inspire everyone in our academy. When he’s not training for his next bout, Steer devotes his time to teaching and mentoring others, sharing the knowledge and passion that have fueled his success.
