The Schedule and How to Start
Held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:30AM, these classes are high-energy, sweat-inducing, and beginner-friendly. You'll punch, kick, move, and sweat your way through combinations designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence—all while torching calories and relieving stress.

Meet Your Morning Coaches

Heather Gipe teaches every Monday and Tuesday morning. Heather is not only a lead instructor at Força, but also one of our dedicated managers. She holds black belts in multiple martial arts styles and brings an incredible mix of discipline, knowledge, and upbeat energy to her classes. Whether you're just starting out or pushing your limits, Heather creates an environment where every round feels like a win.

Brian Wilson, co-owner and head instructor at Força, leads our Thursday morning class. Brian has been teaching fitness kickboxing for over a decade and brings deep experience from both the traditional martial arts and competitive fight world. He holds black belts in several systems, and has coached multiple world champions, Golden Gloves winners, and aspiring athletes alike. His Thursday sessions are fast-paced and functional, with expert technique and powerful programming.
