Using weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, and more, you'll target all the major muscle groups while keeping things fresh, fun, and energizing.

At Força Martial Arts & Fitness, we believe in building functional strength—strength that supports your lifestyle, boosts your energy, and increases your confidence.

Our Strength class is a 45-minute, instructor-led lifting session that focuses on full-body training. You’ll move through a wide range of exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and other tools to target major muscle groups. With an emphasis on variety, no two classes feel the same, keeping you engaged and motivated. Whether you’re new to lifting or have years of experience, this class meets you where you are and helps you grow stronger—safely and effectively.
Each class wraps up with a short stretch to help you cool down, recover, and feel ready to take on whatever the day throws your way.
Class Schedule:
Wednesdays at 5:30am with Julie
Thursdays at 6:15pm with Hannah
Fridays at 8:30am with Paola
Want even more? You can also build strength and endurance with our Strength & Spin hybrid class led by Krista or Julie on Tuesdays at 5:30pm.
