What should I wear?

We recommend something comfortable, like a t-shirt and yoga or Capri pants. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water and a towel for personal use. We do sell water, shorts, gloves, hand wraps and all the accessories you will need for any of our fitness classes in our pro shop. See the front desk to place an order.

Should I be in shape first?

No! The class is a group setting that allows everyone to go at their own pace.  You will workout on a bag with personal attention from one of our instructors. If you need to step off the mat to catch your breath or get a drink of water, feel free to do so.  We allow everyone to workout at their own pace while providing exciting motivation to get the most out of each workout.

Will I get hurt?

As with any physical activity, there is always a possibility of injury. Perhaps doubly so with martial arts, due to the intense nature of the craft. However, we take every precaution to ensure the safety and FUN of every person who enters our door. Our staff is regularly trained in CPR and other safety techniques.

How soon will I see results?

Individual results will vary from person to person, but often depend on the level of commitment, how hard you work in the class and proper nutritional choices.  With the right diet and exercise you could lose 1.5 lbs to 2 lbs per week.

How many classes can I attend?

Our memberships range from 2 days per week to Unlimited Access! Most people love the Unlimited package because its the most flexible and accessible. Be sure to check the class schedules page for times.

How long is the class?

All of our fitness classes are 45 minutes long. There’s a brief warm-up round followed by 30 minutes of core workout activities. We follow the core workout with a focused abdominal workout and a cool-down stretch. At the end of each class you will clean your personal bag, mat, or workout area with towels and cleaner provided.
